Through it Akk

Psalm 91:4 He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust:his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.

Claim Psalm 91:4  as your faith builder.

Under the wings of God, you learn to trust in Him through every trial.

Through It All

I've had many tears and sorrows,    —   I've had questions for tomorrow,    —   There's been times I didn't know right from wrong.    —   But in every situation,    —   God gave me blessed consolation,    —   That my trials come to only make me strong.

CHORUS:

Through it all,    —   Through it all,    —   I've learned to trust in Jesus,    —   I've learned to trust in God.    —   Through it all,    —   Through it all,    —   I've learned to depend upon His Word.

I've been to lots of places,  —  And I've seen a lot of faces,  —  There's been times I felt so all alone.    —   But in my lonely hours,    —   Those precious lonely hours,    —   Jesus let me know that I was His own.

I thank God for the mountains,    —   And I thank Him for the valleys. — I thank Him for the storms He brought me through.    —   For if I'd never had a problem,    —   I wouldn't know that God could solve them,    —   I'd never know what faith in God could do.

Amazing Grace

2 Corinthians 8:9 For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through his poverty might be rich.

Imagined the Jewel of Heaven coming down to this earth:

— to be born in Bethlehem

—  to live in Nazareth

—. to die on a cross outside of Jerusalem

—. to be put into the darkness of a tomb!

He was rich but He became poor so you and I could have salvation through grace by faith, Eph. 2:8,9.

Amazing Grace! how sweet the sound,    —   That saved a wretch like me. —  I once was lost but now am found;  — Was blind, but now, I see.

T'was Grace that taught my heart to fear,    —   And Grace my fears relieved.    —   How precious did that Grace appear    —   The hour I first believed.

Through many dangers, toils, and snares  — I have already come. —   T'was Grace that brought me safe thus far,  —  And Grace will lead me home.

The Lord has promised good to me;    —   His word my hope secures.    —   He will my shield and portion be    —   As long as life endures.

When we've been there ten thousand years    —   Bright shining as the sun.    —   We've no less days to sing God's praise    —   Than when we'd first begun.

Until Ypu’ve Known the Love of God

1 Peter 1:7-9  That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:

[8] Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory:

[9] Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls.

Those who don’t know Jesus may think such a relationship is foolish, but they don’t know the joy and love and peace they are missing.

You can know Him and His awesome love. Only believe.  Humbly ask Him to forgive your sins and come into your heart.

John 3:16  For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Until You’ve Known the Love of God

If you could own all the world and it's money,    —    Build castles tall enough to reach the sky above;    —    If you could know everything there was to know about life's game,    —    Yet you've known nothing until you've known God and His love.

CHORUS:

Until you've known the loving hand that reaches down to a fallen man    —  And lifts him up from out of sin where he has trod;    —    Until you've known just how it feels to know that God is really real;    —    Then you've known nothing until you've known the love of God.

If in your lifetime you could meet ev'rybody,    —    And you could call every name from here to yon;    —    But if you've not come face to face with Jesus and His saving grace,    —    Then you've known no one until you've known God and His love.

Where Could I Go?

Psalm 32:7 Thou art my hiding place; thou shalt preserve me from trouble; thou shalt compass me about with songs of deliverance. Selah.

Do you need a hiding place from this troubled world?

Well, God is your place to run to.

Where Could I Go?

Living below, in this old sinful world,    —   Hardly a comfort can afford.    —   Striving alone, to face temptation's sword.    —   Where could I go but to the Lord?

CHORUS:

Where could I go, oh where could I go?    —   Seeking a refuge for my soul.    —   Needing a friend, to help me in the end,    —   Where could I go, but to the Lord?

Neighbors are kind, I love them everyone.    —   We get along in sweet accord.    —   But when my soul, needs manner from above,    —   Where could I go but to the Lord?

.

Life here is grand, with friends I love so dear,    —   Comfort I get from God's own word.    —   Yet when I face this chilling hand of death,    —   Where could I go but to the Lord?
