What Matters Most

One of the problems in the church at Corinth was that they displayed many spiritual gifts, but they didn't love each other as they should.

John 13:35 By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples if ye have love one to another.

What matters most is not whether you possess some flashy gift, and it's not how smart, wealthy or popular you are.

What matters most is how well you love. When you learn to love like Jesus loves, you have discovered what matters most.

1 Corinthians 13 describes love. It suffers long -- is knd -- doesn't boast -- isn't puffed up -- doesn't behave itself unseemly -- seeks not her own -- isn't easily provoked -- thinks no evil -- rejoices not in iniquity but in truth -- bears, believes, hopes, and endures all things.

Love never fails.
