The Blood Will Never Lose Its Power

Revelation 12:10-11 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.

[11] And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.

Praise God, the precious Blood of the Lord Jesus is sufficient to defeat the devil forever and eventually it will put him in his rightful place.  HELL!

The Blood Will Never Lose It’s Power

_______________________________

The blood that Jesus shed for me   —    Way back on Calvary,   —    The blood that gives me strength    —    From day to day,   —    It will never lose its power.

CHORUS:

It reaches to the highest mountain.   —    It flows to the lowest valley.   —    The blood that gives me strength    —    From day to day.   —    It will never lose its power.

It soothes my doubts and calms my fears,   —    And it dries all my tears.   —    The blood that gives me strength    —    From day to day,   —    It will never lose its power.

Turn Your Eyes UponJesus

2 Corinthians 3:18 But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.

Keep your eyes focused on Jesus and His Word.

He is the only One we have to run to in troubled times.

Turn Your Eyes Upon Jesus

O soul, are you weary and troubled?    —    No light in the darkness you see?    —    There’s light for a look at the Savior,    —    And life more abundant and free!

CHIRUS:

Turn your eyes upon Jesus,  —  Look full in His wonderful face,  —  And the things of earth will grow strangely dim,    —    In the light of His glory and grace.

His Word shall not fail you—He promised;    —    Believe Him, and all will be well:    —    Then go to a world that is dying,    —    His perfect salvation to tell!

Beulah Land

Isaiah 62:4 Thou shalt no more be termed Forsaken; neither shall thy land any more be termed Desolate: but thou shalt be called Hephzi-bah, and thy land Beulah: for the Lord delighteth in thee, and thy land shall be married.

This scripture is encouraging Israel of the coming Kingdom of Christ reigning on earth in the New Jerusalem John saw coming down.

Believers also look forward to Beulah Land.

Israel will be called Hephzibah, which means “delightful.”

I’m kind of homesick for a country    —   Where I’ve never been before.    —   No sad goodbyes will there be spoken,    —   For time won’t matter anymore.

Beulah land, I’m longing for you.    —   And someday, on thee I’ll stand    —   Where my home shall be eternal.    —   Beulah land, sweet Beulah land.

I’m looking now across the river    —   Where my faith will end in sight.    —   There’s just a few more days to labor,    —   And then I’ll take my heavenly flight.

I see the lights, I hear the singing;    —   A brand new song of joy Devine.     —   My soul rejoices just in knowing    —   That soon these pleasures will be mine.

Love Lifted Me

Psalm 40:2-3  He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings.

[3] And he hath put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God: many shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in the Lord.

Can you remember the time when the God of Heaven reached down farther than you could ever reach up?

Is there a song in your heart placed there by the grace of a great God?

Love Lifted Me

_______________________

I was sinking deep in sin, far from the peaceful shore,  —   Very deeply stained within, sinking to rise no more.  —   But the Master of the sea heard my despairing cry,  —  From the waters lifted me, now safe am I.

CHORUS:

Love lifted me! — Love lifted me! — When nothing else could help, —  Love lifted me!  —   Love lifted me!  —   Love lifted me!  —   When nothing else could help,  —   Love lifted me!

All my heart to Him I give, ever to Him I’ll cling.  —   In His blessed presence live, ever His praises sing.  —   Love so mighty and so true, merits my soul’s best songs,  —   Faithful, loving service, too, to Him belongs.

Souls in danger, look above, Jesus completely saves,  —   He will lift you by His love, out of the angry waves;  —   He’s the Master of the sea, billows His will obey,  —   He your Savior wants to be, be saved today.

Where Could I Go?

Matthew 11:28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

There is a place of rest for the weary soul and that place of rest is Jesus Christ.

Jesus invites you and me to enter that place of spiritual rest.

Where Could I Go?

Living below, in this old sinful world. —  Hardly a comfort can afford.  —

Striving alone, to face temptation's sword.   —   Where could I go but to the Lord?

CHORUS:

Where could I go, oh where could I go?   —   Seeking a refuge for my soul.   —   Needing a friend, to help me in the end.   —   Where could I go, but to the Lord?

Neighbors are kind, I love them everyone.   —   We get along in sweet accord.   —   But when my soul, needs manner from above,   —   Where could I go but to the Lord?

Life here is grand, with friends I love so dear.   —   Comfort I get from God's own word. — Yet when I face this chilling hand of death, — Where could I go but to the Lord?

God Leads Us Along

Isaiah 43:2 When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.

As you face storms and valleys, remember that God is the same God

now as He was to Israel when He parted the Red Sea.

He will meet every need you have when you trust Him.

God Leads Us Along

_______________________

In shady, green pastures, so rich and so sweet,    —    God leads His dear children along;    —    Where the water’s cool flow bathes the weary one’s feet,    —    God leads His dear children along.

CHORUS:

Some through the waters, some through the flood,    —    Some through the fire, but all through the blood;    —    Some through great sorrow, but God gives a song,    —    In the night season and all the day long.

Sometimes on the mount where the sun shines so bright,    —    God leads His dear children along;    —    Sometimes in the valley, in darkest of night,    —    God leads His dear children along.

Though sorrows befall us and Satan oppose,    —    God leads His dear children along;    —    Through grace we can conquer, defeat all our foes,    —    God leads His dear children along.

Away from the mire, and away from the clay,    —    God leads His dear children along;    —    Away up in glory, eternity’s day,    —    God leads His dear children along.
