Jeremiah 32:17 Ah Lord God! behold, thou hast made the heaven and the earth by thy great power and stretched out arm, and there is nothing too hard for thee:
Who Is this great God we serve? He is the God of grace, love, mercy, and provision. He is the God of miracles and power. He is the God Who moves heaven and earth and suspends the very laws of nature if necessary to meet the needs of His children. (Elijah; 3 Hebrews; Daniel; Widow of Zarepath; 5,000; the disciples in the storm; Mary, Martha and Lazarus, etc.)
The heavens above us and the world around us declare the power and Person of God. His creation declares Him to be The God Of The Impossible.
Regardless of what lies in your path, remember that if you are His, you belong to the God Who made it all. If He can make everything out of nothing, then He can be trusted to take care of you as you love Him and trust Him.
Matthew 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
NORMA DAVIS ---- There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus . . . Romans 8:1

The Shepherd And His Sheep
I praise the Lord that when I got saved I got more than a Savior. I also got a Shepherd. I got One who loves me, tends to me, cares about me, leads me, feeds me, protects me and guides me through this life because I’m His sheep.
Psalm 23:4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
I praise the Lord that when we pass through the most frightening and dangerous of places we have peace, knowing our Shepherd has everything under control.
I praise the Lord that we can know that Jesus, the good Shepherd, is leading us, and we can pass through the shadows in peace and security.
John 10:27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:

Unchanged
Psalm90:2 Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God.
Hebrews 13:8 Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.
God Almighty has never, can never and will never change. This means that He is as powerful as ever. He is as loving, as merciful, as full of grace, as holy and as much in control as He has ever been.
This is one of the essential doctrines of Christianity. It’s important because change implies imperfection and God is absolutely perfect.
Jesus will never change in regard to His power, His promises or His personality.
Things are always changing for you and me. I find it refreshing and comforting to know that the God I serve and the Lord I have received as my Savior will never change.

Praying For Others
The prayers of God’s children are precious and should be offered liberally one for another. I have prayed for many people and many of my prayers have been answered in a glorious way.
When health issues touch my loved one it seems harder to pray as I should---maybe because I’m involved. But I can feel the prayers of those who are praying for us. Regardless of how I think or feel, I know God answers prayers.
Matthew 7:7-8 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.
I know that our Heavenly Father is not a tight-fisted, mean-spirited, heartless dictator Who delights in watching His children struggle. He is gracious and loving, and He delights in giving His best gifts to those who know and love Him.
"Lord, You know our need, and You know the plans you have for us. Whatever happens, may you be glorified."

My Yoke Is Easy
While people run here and there trying to find rest and peace, Jesus simply and calmly says, “Come unto Me, and I will give you rest.” It’s a quiet, peaceful place.
Matthew 11:28-30 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
As we learn more of Jesus and surrender to Him, we can be confident that He has a yoke designed specifically for us, and it’s a perfect fit---right in the center of His will.
That’s why He can also say that His burden is light. When we are surrendered to Him and are pulling the burden He has designed for us, there will be satisfaction even in the midst of trials.
Believer, does the Lord's yoke seem easy for you? Does His burden seem light? If the answer is yes, then I would venture to say that you are enjoying the meekness and lowly heart of Jesus.
If the answer is no, you may need to surrender to your yoke and let the Lord have His way in your life.

All We Need
God is all we need. None of us know what we will face as we go through the years of our lives, but believers can know that God in Heaven will give us the strength we need to face the trials and battles in our path.
Isaiah 43:2 When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.
Believers can know that God will protect them. They can know that He will provide for and help them. Believers can know that He will refresh them and will ever be with them.
Our duty is to walk by faith and not by sight---to remember who the Lord our God is and what He has done. Let's worship Him, honor Him and praise Him. Let's live like we believe He is the God of the universe.

The Power Of Almighty God
I’m not spiritually strong simply because I know God. I’m only strong when I allow Jesus to work through my life.
Ephesians 3:20-21 Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.
There’s no limit to the power of Almighty God. His power can soften the hardest of hearts, move the highest mountain, and lift the greatest burden. His power is absolutely unlimited.
The secret to accessing the power of Almighty God is dedication, surrendering all you are and all you have to Him.
