Psalm 27:5 For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock.
Could there be a safer place in all the universe? Of course not! Those who are hidden in God’s pavilion are protected by Him. It’s a place of solitude that you and I can flee to during the crushing battles that rage about us.
Peace and the profound presence of God is there for those who have learned to abide in Him, for those who love the Lord their God. The enemy dare not follow.
Are you fighting some battles today? In the midst of your battles do you have the deep settled confidence that everything is going to be alright? If you do praise the Lord, for He has already brought you to that special place of blessing.
If not, seek God. Give Him your life and your problems. Trust Him.
