Praying For Others

The prayers of God’s children are precious and should be offered liberally one for another. I have prayed for many people and many of my prayers have been answered in a glorious way.

When health issues touch my loved one it seems harder to pray as I should---maybe because I’m  involved. But I can feel the prayers of those who are praying for us. Regardless of how I think or feel, I know God answers prayers.

Matthew 7:7-8 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:  For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

I know that  our Heavenly Father is not a tight-fisted, mean-spirited, heartless dictator Who delights in watching His children struggle. He is gracious and loving, and He delights in giving His best gifts to those who know and love Him.

"Lord, You know our need, and You know the plans you have for us. Whatever happens, may you be glorified."
