When God Became Man

Isaiah 9:6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: . . . . . John 1:1,14 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.  .  .  .  . [14] And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth).

Through the virgin birth incarnation, God Almighty became human, a helpless infant. He knew pain, sorrow, loss, grief, hunger, thirst, weariness, and suffering

Without God being a man, the death and resurrection of Christ means nothing. With it, His sacrifice means everything. It means the innocent died for the guilty, and that sinners can be saved if they will come to Jesus by faith.
