Perfect Strength In Weakness

There’s nothing like a time of crisis to remind us how weak and frail we are. Three times the Apostle Paul asked God to remove the thorn in his flesh---whatever it was.

2 Corinthians 12:9-10 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.

God will give you grace to stand for Him, grace to live for Him, grace to die for Him. There will be grace---amazing, matchless, marvelous grace---for every bump in the road of life.

When the Lord says that His “strength is made perfect in weakness”, it simply means that  God gets more glory from using the weak things of the world, not things of greatest strength and power.
