The good Lord blesses His people in many precious ways:
—With His presence —— Hebrews 13:5 Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.
—With His peace ——- John 14:27 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
—With His provision ——- Philippians 4:19 But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
He blesses us with His power:
—Power to witness ——- Acts 1:8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.
—Power to love others ——- Romans 5:5 And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.
—Power to live for God ——- 2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
—Power to withstand everything that comes our way ——- 2 Corinthians 12:9A And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
