Our precious possessions will ultimately perish.

— Jesus is precious, 1 Pet. 2;6,7 He loves, cares, and understands us. He paid the ultimate price to save us - John 15:13.
— Our faith is precious. 2 Pet. 1;1. There is only one means of salvation and that is through faith in Jesus Christ, John 14:6.
— Precious promises: 2 Peter 1:4 Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.
The promises of God are forever! You can hold onto them for they will never fail.
