I WANT MORE
Poor Job lost about everything he valued, but the Lord gave him “more” at the end of his life than he had at the beginning.
Job 42:12-13 So the Lord blessed the latter end of Job more than his beginning: for he had fourteen thousand sheep, and six thousand camels, and a thousand yoke of oxen, and a thousand she asses. He had also seven sons and three daughters.
I want the all the “more” God can give me — not “more” money, power, recognition, etc.— I want a more spirit-filled life.
David had “more” because he was honest about his sins, Psa. 51:17.
Those who get “more” are those who humble themselves and yield to God.
This path isn’t easy; but it’s the only path that leads to “more” and I want more.
There’s plenty of “more” to go around.
