After the Blind Man of John 9 was healed by Jesus, he was asked who touched him. He said it was a man named Jesus, verse11.
He was then commanded by the Pharisees to call Jesus a sinner, verse 24. The man's reply is classic.
John 9:25 He answered and said, “Whether he be a sinner or no, I know not: one thing I know, that, whereas I was blind, now I see.”
Jesus cares and heals us and offers us a place of rest where we can flee when burdens get heavy.
1 Peter 5:7 Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.
The life touched by Jesus remembers Him forever.
“Shackled by a heavy burden — 'Neath a load of guilt and shame. — Then the hand of Jesus touched me, — And now I am no longer the same.
“He touched me, Oh He touched me, — And oh the joy that floods my soul!. — Something happened and now I know — He touched me and made me whole.”
