He Giveth More Grace

The Lord promised sufficient grace to the Apostle Paul when he asked for healing the thorn in his flesh (whatever it was).

He didn’t heal him but gave him sufficient grace to endure it.

Every day the Lord carries me through cancer treatment and it’s side effects. I pray for strength and He gives it. I’ve never felt so close to Him.

From what I hear, it could be much worse. God is good!

Isaiah 40:29 He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength.

He giveth more grace.

“He giveth more grace when the burdens grow greater;   —   He sendeth more strength as the labors increase.   —   To addeth afflictions, He addeth His mercy;   —   To multiplied trials, His multiplied peace.

Chorus:
His love has no limits;   —   His grace has no measure.   —   His pow’r no boundary known unto men.   —   For out of His infinite riches in Jesus,   —   He giveth, and giveth, and giveth again.

“When we have exhausted our store of endurance;   —   When our strength has failed ere the day is half done;   —   When we reach the end of our hoarded resources,   —   Our Father’s full giving is only begun.”
