Isaiah 62:4 Thou shalt no more be termed Forsaken; neither shall thy land any more be termed Desolate: but thou shalt be called Hephzi-bah, and thy land Beulah: for the Lord delighteth in thee, and thy land shall be married.
This scripture is encouraging Israel of the coming Kingdom of Christ reigning on earth in the New Jerusalem John saw coming down.
Believers also look forward to Beulah Land.
Israel will be called Hephzibah, which means “delightful.”
Beulah Land

I’m kind of homesick for a country — Where I’ve never been before. — No sad goodbyes will there be spoken, — For time won’t matter anymore.
Beulah land, I’m longing for you. — And someday, on thee I’ll stand — Where my home shall be eternal. — Beulah land, sweet Beulah land.
I’m looking now across the river — Where my faith will end in sight. — There’s just a few more days to labor, — And then I’ll take my heavenly flight.
I see the lights, I hear the singing; — A brand new song of joy Devine. — My soul rejoices just in knowing — That soon these pleasures will be mine.
