Isaiah 43:2 When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.
God fulfilled this promise to Israel when they crossed the Red Sea, the Jordan River, and when the three Hebrew Children walked through the fire unburned.
It also has a marvelous spiritual application for all of God’s children in all times.
Sometimes we have fearful “deep water” experiences where we can’t touch the bottom, but be assured that God is going through it with us and will deliver us.
