When Christians show up, darkness should flee. God shines through us. Did we shine today or did we block it out with shadows in our lives?

This then is the message which we have heard of him and declare unto you, that God is light and in him is no darkness at all.  John 1:5

Thy word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path. Psalm 119:105

We need God's light to show us the way. If we don't walk the lighted path before our children and loved ones, how can we expect them to. 

The light of God not only shows where we need to go, but where we shouldn't go. God's light reveals sin. God knows what we do, and we know what we do. You would think we would do less of what we shouldn't do. Eventually, others will know and that will affect our testimony.
