Sometimes we consume the wrong things and end up having no appetite for the right things. We need to develop an appetite for the Word of God if we are going to grow into a mature Christian.
2 Peter 3:18 But grow in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To Him be glory both now and forever. Amen.
It's no disgrace to be at whatever level you are in Christ. The disgrace is "not growing".
