Uncommon Love

Philippians 2:8 And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.

Jesus, the Jewel of Heaven, laid aside his robes of glory for a time and came to this world to die for our sins.

In His dying and resurrection, He made a way for sinners like us to be clothed in His robes of righteousness. Why?

Isaiah 64:6 But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags: and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.

Until Jesus brought us His uncommon love, saved us by His grace, and clothed us in His Own righteous robe, we were nothing but paupers. Those who believe on Him become a child of the King of Glory. Believe on Jesus.
