It Is Well With My Soul

 People look everywhere and try everything to find rest for their souls. Nothing and no one in this world can give the peace and rest they seek.

Colossians 1:14 In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:


Matthew 11:29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.


When we trust Jesus by faith, our soul is given rest.  When we serve Him faithfully, we find peace and rest. We can say . . . . 


It Is Well With My Soul

When peace, like a river, attendeth my way,    —   When sorrows like sea billows roll;    —   Whatever my lot, Thou hast taught me to say,    —   It is well, it is well with my soul.
