Isaiah 62:4 Thou shalt no more be termed Forsaken; neither shall thy land any more be termed Desolate: but thou shalt be called Hephzi-bah, and thy land Beulah: for the Lord delighteth in thee, and thy land shall be married.
When you look at that land today, the word that comes to mind is forsaken—desolate.
But in the coming Kingdom Israel shall be called Hephzibah, which means “delightful.”
“And thy land Beulah”—Beulah means “married.” In other words, the King is present to protect it, and His presence means joy.
Beulah Land

I'm kind of homesick for a country — To which I've never been before. — No sad goodbyes will there be spoken — For time won't matter anymore.
CHORUS:
Beulah Land I'm longing for you — And some day on thee I'll stand. — There my home shall be eternal. — Beulah Land, sweet Beulah Land.
I'm looking now across the river — To where my faith, shall end in sight. — There's just a few more days to labor, — Then I’ll take my heavenly flight.
