AN ENLIGHTENING CONVERSATION WITH JESUS

Though Nathanael was skeptical of his friend's message, he went with him to check it out.

John 1:45 Philip findeth Nathanael and saith unto him, We have found him of whom Moses in the law and the prophets did write, Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph.

46. And Nathanael said unto him, Can there any good thing come out of Nazareth?

Nathanael had issues with people from Nazareth, but he hadn't yet met Jesus.

Jesus greeted him. "Behold, an Israelite indeed, in whom is no guile!"

"How did you know me?"

"Before Philip called you, when you was under the fig tree, I saw you."

"Rabi, thou art the Son of God; thou art the King of Israel."

"You believe in me because I saw you under the fig tree? You haven't seen anything yet."

Nathanael will see the dumb speak, the blind see, the crippled walk, and other miracles. He will see the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ.

If you have never been saved, Christ will meet you where you are. He will lift you out of sin and give you blessings that can't be described. He already knows who you are.

Trust Jesus as your Lord and Saviour.
