Every siren we hear reminds us that this world is a place of pain, suffering, loss, death and heartache. There’s a better place coming for the Saints of God.
I’m anticipating that "glory which shall be revealed in us". That’s when we will be changed. We shall be like Jesus Christ.
1 John 3:2 Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.
Think about it. I believe this will happen at the Catching Up---the Rapture of the dead and living Saints to meet Jesus "when he shall appear" in the clouds. These frail, weak, dying bodies will be replaced with bodies that are perfect and eternal.
So, while “weeping may endure for a night, ...joy cometh in the morning,” Psalm 30:5. The problems we have in this life aren't worthy to be compared to the glory we will experience in Heaven.
