Grace And Christmas

Luke 1:46-47,50 And Mary said, My soul doth magnify the Lord, And my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Saviour. . . . .  And his mercy is on them that fear him from generation to generation.

Mary knows that she isn't the only one who has received grace from God. The grace of God is operating  today! There’s grace to save sinners, grace to reclaim backsliders, grace for battles, trials and valleys.

To fear God is to reverence Him for Who He is and what He does.

Mary continues to praise the Lord because He isn’t coming to reach out to the proud and the mighty, but to reveal Himself to those who were poor and humble.

In fact, God has reversed the order of society. Those who are considered great by men will be brought low, while those who trust in the Lord, though they may be poor and humble, will be exalted for their faith in  Him.
