Isaiah 12:2 Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the Lord Jehovah is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation.
Salvation is one of the most important words in the Bible. It always takes you somewhere. It brought Israel out of bondage --- Jonah out of the whale --– David out of the pit –- Paul out of a lost condition – and It brings every sinner out of darkness.
True salvation takes you to the house of God. It will take you to Heaven.
By His power and His grace, God has called us to salvation. Those who believe on Him become a new creature and receive exceeding great and precious promises. God helps us to be partakers of His divine nature, to be godly. We should study His Word and learn his ways. The more we learn, the more we will want to praise, worship and adore Him. Do you know Jesus?
2 Peter 1:2-4 Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord, [3] According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue: [4] Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.
