Psalm 27:14 Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord .
If believers could just learn to wait on God, to let Him lead and bring into our lives the things that need to be there.
But for many of us the flesh is impatient. It wants what it wants and it wants it now. If we're not careful, we'll be telling God how to answer. God’s ways are not our ways. You must trust that He knows what’s best.
It takes courage and faith to lay your burden at the feet of Jesus, to walk away and wait. During the wait, praise the Lord for His awesome glory and power.
Isaiah 40:31 But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
