Jesus is the Anointed One and the honored One. He is the fulfillment of all the promises, plans and types of God.
Philippians 2:10-11 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
The name of Jesus is a Name ---
• that thrills the soul of the believer.
• at which the devils tremble.
• that gains man access to the God of Glory.
• that moves mountains.
• that convicts the sinner.
• that opens the door to the blessings of God.
• that is above every name.
• that causes sinners to bow in repentance.
Kings and kingdoms will all pass away, but there’s something about that Name.
