Most have lost everything and many fear the same. There are people waiting for rescue and it’s still raining hard.
I go to church with some of these people who live in low areas. I'm praying for them because there’s power in prayer.
In times like this Jesus gives words of encouragement to those who know Him.
Isaiah 43:2 When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.
Psalm 46:1-3 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof.
If your don’t know Jesus personally, seek Him. Ask Him to forgive your sins and come into your heart. Believe in Him. You need Jesus.
