1 Corinthians 15:16-17,19 For if the dead rise not, then is not Christ raised: And if Christ be not raised, your faith is vain; ye are yet in your sins. If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable.
Because Jesus is risen:
— Our preaching is not a waste of time.
— Our faith is not wasted. We are not liars. We are not lost.
— Our departed loved ones live on in His presence.
— We are not to be pitied, but to be envied by all who see us live the new life and hear our message of salvation through the shed blood of Jesus and His empty tomb.
Thank God, this thing is real.
