When Israel arrived at Marah, they seemed to forget all the wonderful things God had done for them — the plagues, their deliverance, the miracle at the Red Sea.
They forgot that up until that time the Lord had been in absolute control — the Master of life, good times and bad.
It’s easy to take the Lord's blessings for granted until trouble spins our happy days to worrisome days.

The Lord uses the good and the bad times of our lives to shape us in His image.
