Sometimes life jumps on us with both feet, and we find ourselves in the heavy burden pit. God has a word of encouragement and instruction for us.
1 Peter 5:6-7 Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time: Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.
We don’t have to bear our burdens alone. Thank God, there is One Who is stronger than we are, and He is willing to carry our load. All of it. Give it all to Jesus.
Is your life in the heavy burden pit right now? If so, there is a way out. Ask yourself the following questions and be honest:
—- Am I surrendering my will to God?
—- Am I sending my worries to God?
—- Am I strengthening my walk with God through Bible reading and prayer?
—- Am I seeing the work of God?
If the answer to any of these questions is no, come to Jesus and get that area of your life straightened out.
There is peace in Jesus. There is power in Jesus. You can get you life our of the heavy burden pit if you will do it God's way. Believe it.
