John 14:27 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
I praise the Lord that believers have hope in what seems like a hopeless time.
I’m glad that when it seems that the whole world is afraid of catching the coronavirus or paying their bills because they can’t go to work or worrying about the bail out money bankrupting our country . . ? I’m glad we can count on the Lord Jesus Christ.
He has already promised all we need. Whether help for service or peace of heart — our remedy is found in Him.

“Tis so sweet to trust in Jesus, — Just to take Him at His Word; — Just to rest upon His promise, — Just to know, "Thus saith the Lord."
“Jesus, Jesus, how I trust Him! — How I've proved Him o'er and o'er! — Jesus, Jesus, precious Jesus! — Oh, for grace to trust Him more!
“Oh, how sweet to trust in Jesus, — Just to trust His cleansing blood, — Just in simple faith to plunge me — 'Neath the healing, cleansing flood!
“Yes, 'tis sweet to trust in Jesus, — Just from sin and self to cease; — Just from Jesus simply taking — Life and rest, and joy and peace.
“I'm so glad I learned to trust Thee, — Precious Jesus, Savior, Friend; — And I know that Thou art with me, — Wilt be with me to the end.”
