No, Not One

Sometimes I need a reminder of the benefits I enjoy as a child of God.

Psalm 103:2-4  Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:

[3] Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;

[4] Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;

There have been times when human touches and words were ineffective in the valleys of life.

But even in the midst of those times, I have never been beyond the tender touch of my Heavenly Father.

His grace is matchless and marvelous, but His tender mercies are glorious beyond vocabulary.

Just the feel of His hand as He reached into my heart was more wonderful than I can describe.

The sure knowledge that He, with His rod and staff, was ever present to lead, feed and guide gave hope for the journey.

When Jesus moves in your life, He will never be just enough. He will always be more than enough.

“There's not a friend like the lowly Jesus,  —. No, not one! No, not one!  —None else could heal all our souls diseases,  —. No, not one! No, not one!

Jesus knows all about our struggles.  —. He will guide till the day is done.  —. There's not a friend like the lowly Jesus.  —. No, not one! No, not one!

No friend like Him is so high and holy.  —. No, not one! No, not one!  —. And yet no friend is so meek and lowly.  —. No, not one! No, not one! There's not an hour that He is not near us,  —. No, not one! No, not one!  —. No night so dark but His love can cheer us,  —. No, not one! No, not one!

Jesus knows all about our struggles.  —. He will guide till the day is done.  —. There's not a friend like the lowly Jesus.  —. No, not one! No, not one!”
