How do the saints of God have a worshiping spirit? True worship envelops the spiritual core of our being as we trust and rest in His love, acceptance and care.
Believing on the Son of God is the first step of worship, of course, because the only access to the Father is through the Son (1 Tim. 2:5).
As we yield to The Holy Spirit, our thoughts will focus on God and God alone, not a million other things. To glorify God, we must have a repentant heart, asking Him to cleanse us from unconfessed sin.
When these are in place in our lives we can enjoy the depths of genuine spiritual worship. Our public worship is dependent upon our private, spiritual worship.
