Nahum 1:7 The Lord is good, a strong hold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that trust in him.
It’s easy for us to say the Lord is good when life is going well, but maybe not so easy when pressures of life close in around us. The God on the mountain is still God in the valley.
The people of God have a place of refuge –- a place to flee --- in the day of trouble. It's a secure place where the horrors of life can’t follow.
We need to learn this truth: When we can’t see the way, Jesus is the way. Believe that---grip it and hold on tight.
God knows the ones who trust in Him. He knows your name. He knows where you are. He knows what you face and all the details. He knows you intimately and will comfort you like only He can. He will give you victory. God is good.
