My husband’s toe and knee have caused him to limp for some time now. Yesterday morning I finally asked the Lord to help him with that. Today he said his toe and knee are much better.
I don’t know why it surprised me. In my mundane prayer I recalled the coughing spasms that stopped last spring when I prayed. I’ve had lots of prayers answered and I'm always amazed. I’m glad I don’t have to grunt and sweat and brain-wrestle to produce faith. Simple faith is all it takes.
Sunday morning I calmly asked the Lord to heal what I thought was a kidney infection. It hurt and I didn’t want to miss church. I also prayed that someone would accept Jesus as their personal Savior. Both prayers were answered. Praise God!
When I think of Almighty God creating everything, Salvation, His love, mercy and grace, I know He can answer my mundane prayers.
