Though God Slay Me, Yet Will I Trust Him

Job 13:15 Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him: but I will maintain mine own ways before him.

Job lost much: Family---Fortune---Fitness---Friends. He could’ve become bitter, as did his wife, but he declared his faith in God though he didn’t understand.

There will be  times in our Christian life when we won’t understand. That’s okay. There will be times when we won’t know what to do. That’s okay. But know this: No matter what happens, God has our best interests at heart, and He will  do the right thing for us as we trust Him..

It finally dawned on Job that all these things happened not because of his sins or the things he was accused of by his so-called friends, but for the glory of God. God gave Job the victory, restoring  twice what he lost.

Can you look at all that has happened in your life and say you still believe?  God help us to reach that place.
