Greatest Need

Did you know that ants believe in winter and by instinct prepare for it. Grasshoppers don’t and when winter comes they die. People prepare for this life---savings, insurance, retirement--- but what about death and eternity? The inspired Word of God tells us how to prepare for death and eternity.

John 3:16-18 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

Jesus also called true believers “born again”.

John 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.  A “born again” Christian is a new creature in Christ Jesus--a believer.

The greatest need in lives today is to be saved---to believe that Jesus is the Son of God who sacrificed His life on a cruel cross to pardon your sins. The only sin that will condemn you to hell is the sin of unbelief.
